1. Information for the user

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

Farmacia Lda. Gloria Torrents Grau is the CONTROLLER of the processing of the USER's personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

For what purpose and why do we process your personal data?

This website is informational; it does not have registration, enquiry or similar forms, nor online purchasing. However, data that the user voluntarily provides through any of the contact methods made available on the CONTROLLER's website may be processed. In that case, the processing operations would be those necessary to handle orders, requests or respond to enquiries or any type of request made by the USER, based on the legitimate interest of the controller (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We will never send commercial information, and if we decide to do so we would request your consent beforehand (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

How long will we keep your personal data?

It will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or while legal provisions require its retention; when it is no longer needed, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to guarantee the anonymisation of the data or its total destruction.

Who do we share your personal data with?

No disclosure of personal data to third parties is foreseen except, where necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our communications-related service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processor agreements required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

The rights of the USER are:

  • The right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • The right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data, and of restriction or objection to its processing.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. Mandatory or optional nature of the information provided by the user

This website is purely informational and does not have registration, contact or download forms that collect personal data. Should the user decide to contact the CONTROLLER voluntarily through the means provided (telephone, email or messaging applications), the provision of their data will be voluntary, although it will be necessary in order to handle their request. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes to it.

3. Security measures

In accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of the personal data under its responsibility, and clearly with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, whereby data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with adequate information to exercise them.
